New Digital Solution for Writing Wills

pamelawilson9

Sadly, the risk of falling sick or dying from Covid has become an unpredictable and distressing feature of our everyday lives. It is no surprise that the possibility of suddenly passing has triggered community awareness about estate management. Australians are realising that if they die without a will the courts will decide who inherits their estate. Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has highlighted how the process of completing wills is becoming easier through virtual automation. In New South Wales the Government has even brought in emergency legislation making it possible for witnesses to legally sign wills electronically.

willHQ.com founded by Brendan Murphy is one of uSpark’s program finalists. Their mission is to eliminate intestacy in Australia. By leveraging technology, willHQ.com makes the process of writing a will as simple as other routine administrative tasks like insurance renewal.
